Copyright and the Commercial Client
- Paul Redding and (Paul Redding Photographer Pty Ltd) owns copyright over all images and can use these images at it’s discretion.
- Images are for client self promotion only for the agreed period and purpose stated in writing.
- Images are not to be sold by the client or used for other purposes unless agreed in writing by Paul Redding Photographer Pty Ltd
- Images that the client considers sensitive or that will disadvantage or give unfair advantage to a competitor will not be used by Paul Redding Photographer Pty Ltd. This agreement will be in writing and may involve the payment of additional fees.
